- Introduction to BoardSteps through
speaking engagements, training conferences and on-site board presentations.
- Design and Implementation of the
BoardSteps Framework: Working with the governance-management team over
a one- to two-year period to customize the board's work and nurture the
process.
- BoardSteps Institute: A three-day
training session for nonprofit leaders who want a more in-depth look at
the framework and its use with their boards. Limited to representatives
of four to five boards to ensure an effective experience.
